At Y R U, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original documentation is included inside the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
